Im to nervous to go to a Doctor. But I have a very small area of my shaft that is itchy and feels like dried skin. It also hurt when I urinated the other day. Is there an At home test that I can take .?.?.?.? Any idea where to get them or how much they are .? Health Question & Answer

No - there is not an at home test that you can do that will work for you. There are too many STDs out there to know what exactly you have, and if you do have something you will need to get the right medication and only your doctor can perscribe that.
BUT - don't worry. You might just have a yeast infection (yes men get these too). That's what it sounds like to me. But if it is an STD, the symptoms that you described make me think that it could be Chlamydia or Gonorrhea, both easily treatable.
Just go to the doctors and get it checked. Everyone gets problems down there at some point in their life. Actually, it happens a lot more than you think. Just be brave and see a doc. You'll feel so much better when you do, and you'll realize that it was not a big deal at all.

You need to go to the clinic! Now! from the symptoms your specifying you most likely do have an STI. It needs to be treated before it causes permanent damage like scarring , sterility,cronic pain or you pass in on to an innocent partner.
