Nerves will do that to you. My nerves jump and dance all over after I have worked hard. My feet will not let me go to sleep. Other than taking a pain killer to relax me, or a light sleeping aid they have not figured out yet how to stop is.Health Question & Answer

its called REM (Rapid Eye Movement) when you sleep you go through several stages of the sleep cycle and the deepest sleep stage is REM watch their eyes you will see them move behind theyr eyelids whyle they sleep. when your in REM you are "dreaming" so your brain thinks it is moving and really seeing thingsHealth Question & Answer
