Soak your hands in warm water for about 20 minutes, to "open up" the wart (you could wash dishes). Then, pinch a cabbage leaf near the rib, until it is juicy. Secure a strip of the juicy cabbage leaf around the wart overnight.
Do this for three nights, and it should go away.
