After I shave my armpits I get these small red bumps under my armpits, they are really irritated a lot and they sting! also I cant shave for a while because the bumps get worse when i shave...help! What can I do to prevent this!Health Question & Answer

Sounds like razor rash. First, stop shaving for a few days until the bumps go away. Then, next time you shave, use a razor with 3 blades (less strokes means less irritation), and instead of using soap, try using shampoo or shaving cream to shave with, they lubricate the skin better.Health Question & Answer
It could be razor rash, if it is make sure you use some kind of cream, or just shave while your in the shower.
