yesterday, i got the worst sore throat ever. i only slept a bit cause it hurt to shallow. every time i drink so med, it goes for about 5 min, then goes back up again. i also use those cough drop things that help a sore throat, but it doesn't help much and eating so much will give me a cavity.
Is there anyway to get rid of a sore throat quick.?
What drinks or food should i eat/drink to sooth it.?
Can eating flaming hot cheetos worsen a sore throat.?

just keep your mouth clean by bruching your teeth its very hard to get rid of soar throats it will help just earing smooth foods try eating ice cream and make sure your house is not over hot make it a cool temperture Health Question & Answer
Try an old remedy - gargle with warm salt water - in 8 oz glass of water, add 2 tsp of regular table salt, stir til dissolved. Gargle with this until it is gone. Do this 2 or three times - sore throat should be gone, unless it's an infection. And Yes, flaming hot cheetos would give even a horse a sore throat - they are horrible and not good for your pancreas either. Health Question & Answer
