Cant seem to release gas?!

Question: Cant seem to release gas.?

yeah i feel like i cant fart and its stuck. i also have chest pain toward the left side. also i fart a little bit the gas feels like it comes back like 10 minutes later. this isnt a joke. can somebody help me.?Health Question & Answer
