Well yesterday my throat was soar, then I took some medicine and it made my headache go away, so I went to sleep around 7pm and I woke up with a dry throat, it hurt to swallow anyways I ate some chicken noodle soup with vegetables and I went back to sleep, so early this morning I woke up with it felt like all that flem in my chest... Dad ave me some theraflu and it cleared that up and now its in my throat and it hurts to cough it up so what can i do to get it all to go away.?.?.? I can barely talk...Health Question & Answer

ok listen. DO NOT i repeat DOOOO NOTTTT take anti biotics. that will not clear up a cold. anti biotics do not clear up virus. es. haha. they only get rid of bacreria. not viruses. ok. but i think you should just leave it go. i know i HATE being sick. makes me feel like **** that cant do anything but sleep and watch toons. but sometimes its good. colds clear you up and its good to just let it do its work.

first off stop with the over the counter stuff...its a set up.
Seek holistic remedies like Nettie Pot and etc from your local health food store. Typically medications over the counter mask the issue but often times there is an excess of mucus in your brain area that causes sinus infections and so forth.
