Question: SAFE SKIN WHITENING CREAMS.?
im 13 years old and i want to know if there are any skin whitening creams that are about 5-20 dollars and safe enough for me to use. i have dark arms and face, and i want to be WHITE! well, not like micheal jacksonXD, but white..any good creeams out there that i could find like in a pharmacy store(etc.cvs.?)Health Question & Answer

Fashion Fair sells a whitening cream that is about $25.00.
I'm not sure how good it is, because I've always recommended Shiseido's White Lucent Concentrated Brightening Serum, which is $115.00.
Skin whitening is an ongoing process. That means that if you stop using the cream, the darker pigment will return. You also must use a good sunscreen on top, because whitening products leave the skin open to sun damage.
If you do not have dark *spots* on your skin, it's not worth it.
If you simply want to be lighter, and you don't have any actual sun damage, then why try to fix what's not broken.?
I'm sure you are stunning just the way you are. Why do you need to be white to be happy.? Just be yourself. You'd be amazed at how many people love you just for who you are..not for how you look :)
