Question: People who have asthma.?.?

Well, I haven't had it myself, but my son used to have a terrible time with it. I also know people who have it. I know it's hard to catch your breath, and it can lead to a panicky type feeling.
But there's a lot you can do to avoid attacks, and build up your immune system.

Asthma can be triggered by allergic reactions - that's how my son's problems were aggravated.

Before I was diagnosed with it I new I had it. I had trouble breathing especially after working out and in cold weather. I felt like I couldn't catch my breath...I let it go for a while but eventually I couldn't function. My lungs are damaged as a result but I still function completely fine.Health Question & Answer
