Whats wrong with me?? please help...?!

Question: Whats wrong with me.?.? please help....?
im very stubborn about visiting the doctors office.

i was helping a neighbor push his car when suddenly i felt a yank in my abdomen. this happened the 2nd week of august. ever since once in a while i get pain in the lower right part of my abdomen.
this week its been worse.
Painful to where i can ignore it for a second, but its still there.
i randomly have a cramp, (nerve), pulling feeling in my anus.
it might sound amusing , but its not its very painful to where i cant move.
so 40mins ago i was sitting on the floor and when i tried getting up i felt the pain in my anus area and my abdomen area.
it usually goes away in seconds when i get it , but it has not gone away...

it hurts in my anus area and above. along with my lower right abdomen. hard to explain. my pain is in like my bottom back area in the inside.
its still hurting as it is. i cant move around very much.
its like a nerve pulling of some kind down there and it hurts...

i do not want to go to Emergency Room or any of the sort because in my part of california our hospital is known for seeing and sending home people.

which has happened to me 2 years ago when i had severe headaches.
i was given tylenol and sent home when really i had a serious issue.

please help me ..

my husband is convinced its a hernia. i think he is wrong...

feel free to ask me anymore details you need if you might know whats wrong with me.
