No seriously, there is no way you can cure the cold virus, just get plenty of rest, take paracetamol for pain relief and push fluids. Cold generally will only last for 7-10 days. Drink a nice honey and lemon warm drink.Health Question & Answer

I had a really bad cold last week and felt totally miserable, so I know how you are feeling.
I took hot steamy showers in the morning and a hot bath at night when I came home from work.
I took paracetamol and boiled some lemonade and stirred some honey into it. If I'd had it over the weekend, I would have resorted to the good old Scottish remedy - the hot toddie - warm water, whisky and sugar - either kills or cures!
Felt great within a few days.

Can anyone go to the pharmacy for you.? You got any cough syrup with guaifenesin in it.? It's the main ingredient in Mucinex.
If you are literally dying you better call 911.

Boil the kettle and put some boiling water into a bowl, if you have any menthol, vick ot anything like that put it in the water if not just use the steam. Put a towel over your head and breathe in the steam. It will clear your nasal passages. Be very careful not to scald yourself.Health Question & Answer
i am not sure if this really works... but i have heard that if you like take a hot shower then the steam will help with your blocked nose. idk i hope it works for you.
also for your throat... just try some hot tea with honey.

Isn't there any garages you can pick up strepsils or something like that .? I have just got over a cold ...It was awful and yes im a weakling i was like im dying here! . also get some Lemsip thats what i had
