Hmmm, why is her skin red and burning.? Does she have extremely sensitive skin.? Is this an allergy.? I would suggest that she visit a dermatologist in order to really get to the bottom of this.
You mentioned that she uses only water on her skin. So is she looking for make up to cover the redness -or- skin care products that will releve it.?
In the mean time, she may want to try products that are designed for sensitive skin. She is going to need something EXTREMELY gentle that won't strip the moisture barriers in her skin.
I am a skin care product junkie (LOL!). I have a condition called Rosacea (sp.?.?.?) that causes redness, burning and inflammation. The only product line that has calmed it down is from Rodan & Fields Dermatologists. I am using two of their product lines and my skin looks and feels so much better. The products are a priced a little higher than the average drug store brand, but they last almost three months.
