Question: I need a diagnosis.........?
I know I know, I should just go to the Dr., but I don't wanna. haha
Anyways, here are the symptoms: 100 to 101 fever the past 4 days but I don't really feel sick except my chest feels a little heavy, heads ache, and sore neck like as if I slept crooked (which is possible). Any guesses.?Health Question & Answer

Ok, first of all, if this feels more serious than just you being normal-sick, obviously head to the doctor, asap. But I can explain your symptoms to you and let you know why you're feeling the way you are.
Sore Neck:
Our body has a filtration system to clean the extracellular fluid that drains back into the blood called Lymph. We have Lymph Nodes anywhere where we may need extra protection against infection (throat, groin, intestines, etc.). When the Lymph contains pathogens that may be causing an infection in our body, the Nodes filter out, and contain the infection to prevent it from reaching the heart and the blood (which would be far more serious).
When the Lymph Nodes are doing their jobs, they can swell and be tender, leading to some neck soreness. Feel around with your hands and see if you can feel anything.
Fever:
Fever is the body's way of fighting infection. Think about it: if the climate on earth was too hot, people would not be able to survive. The body employs this same tactic for fighting pathogens trying to infect us. So, if the body heats up to a temperature that is too hot for the pathogen, it will die. SO, fevers are actually extremely useful to the body in it's defense against illness.
AGAIN, i have to stress, if you feel abnormally bad, please please please see a doctor, but if you were just curious about your symptoms, that should clear it all up :). Get some rest, drink lots of fluids, and eat some healthy, vitamin-enriched foods. Feel better! Health Question & Answer

Go to the doctor ASAP
We are not able to diagnose. Now just going by what you have said, your symptoms sound like meningitis. I am not saying that is what you have because I am not a doctor. And you do not have to be having ALL the symptoms of the condition, but you do have the first top three. IF you do have meningitis and you do not see a doctor, it can be pretty bad for you, very serious in fact, very serious. That is all I will say.
So please go and seek medical help. ASAP
