lemon juice and honey works really well, or just anything that coats your throat which will sooth the irritation!

I agree. honey mixed with a little lemon juice. also drink lots of fluids.

honey in hot water with some lemon juice would be better, as milk can tend to thicken any secretions in your chest.Health Question & Answer
