Question: Any suggestions on how to ease dizziness.?
I am getting over strep throat, and feeling pretty much back to normal, but I have notice that my ears are feeling a little stuffy, and when I am laying down, and move from side to side I get dizzy. I am assuming this is from the infection, but I want to know is there ways to alleviate the pressure in my ears, and potentially get rid of the dizziness.? Any remedies especially on the dizziness.? If you're dizzy, get an antivertigo ('antidizziness') drug like diphenhydramine (Benadryl) or dimenhydrinate (Gravol, dramamine).Health Question & Answer
move slowly and dont stand up fast...if dizzy look to the horizon and this will help regain balance..drink plenty of liquids to flush out mucus etc.Health Question & Answer
