I would go in the shower, and when the water hits my shoulders, it burns like crazy. Then when I come out, it still burns.Health Question & Answer

It's hard to tell. Have you been in the sun.? Is it possible you have a light sunburn.? Does it still burn with cool water, or only with warm water.? Does it burn less if you change the shower head setting (say from massage to rain shower).? The force of the water itself may be irritating your shoulders. Health Question & Answer
