Is there anyone in answers that has gone to med school? And can give a quick opinion.?!

Dr told me I had arthritis my blood work came back Ra neg ANA neg.At the bottom of page said does not rule out autoimmune hep. Thyroid was good too.Said it all looked good,never told me a specific type of arthritis,thing is it is affecting all joints like RA.Even with all my meds I still have horrible problems with my hands and feet,terrible pain,soreness,swelling he said it may be Renaud's syndrome.There are mornings I cant use my hand for 30 min or so,cant even grasp a cup or glass.My feet and ankles have been swollen for 2 weeks now! I had to go buy loose shoes.My appts are only once a month.Sometimes it hurts for any pressure to be applied against my bones.I just had an ultrasound because there was a lump in my breast,that came back saying it was a rib,positioning,I think maybe a spot on my rib,cause how could my rib suddenly position itself different and he said that looked ok. Come back in a month.Is that to long.? Should he be doing more testing.?and Quicker to find out the problem,or should I just go to a different type of Dr.What to do about all this weird stuff.? I'm tired of not knowing,and being exhausted,and the chronic pain that all my meds don't always help. Health Question & Answer
