i have a 12 yr. old cousin experiencing "morning sickness", which is feeling dizzy, always vomiting when smelling things that she doesn't like(sensitive sense of smell) especially in the morning... i know that pregnant people experience this because of hormonal changes, but cousin is DEFINITELY NOT PREGNANT! what could be the future effect of this problem... pls. answer my question...Health Question & Answer

Ok, as you say some people experience this because of hormonal changes. 12 yr olds are experiencing great hormonal changes when becoming women!! It does happen to some girls as they go into puberty.
She needs to go see an ob/gyn to determine for sure why she is having these symptoms so severely. They can help!!
also she needs to have a complete physical annually to make certain she stays healthy. Everyone needs to start these tests as soon as they hit puberty. Most don't, but it would prevent a lot of suffering, mental and physical.Health Question & Answer
