What is the best product to reduce dark spots left behind by pimples?!

Question: What is the best product to reduce dark spots left behind by pimples.?
I suffered from acne since I hit puberty, now the pimples had cleared up. However, the pimples left dark marks all over my face and neck. Does anybody know the best, effective, BUT SAFE!! product that I can use.? I have oily but stiff skin so I have to find something to combat that issue also. Health Question & Answer

You can wash your face with witch hazel 2 times a day.. no more this will dry out the skin and cause it to overproduce oil.. which can start up your acne again.

Stay away from moisturizers and lotions with mineral oil in them, they can dry out the skin as well.

Try Emu Oil ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emu_oil ) it contains vitamin A and E, Sapogens ( makes skin softer), and Oleic acid (a skin cell regenerator, anti-wrinkel agent) - walgreens sells emu oil.. i would think walmart would as well.Health Question & Answer
