Question: Why is it good to eat less eggs in a hypoglycemic diet.?
I have reactive hypoglycemia. I have read that you should eggs only sparingly. Why is this.?Health Question & Answer

I've never heard that. I have reactive hypoglycaemia too, and eggs are a staple in my diet as they provide protein at breakfast. My doctors have never had any problem with that - the eggs are part of a normal balanced diet.Health Question & Answer

I would guess because of the high cholesteral in eggs.
