Should I eat medicines for my diabetes?!

Question: Should I eat medicines for my diabetes.?
Around two weeks ago, I diagnose that I have high blood sugar. As soon as I diagnose, I start exercise regularly around 1 hr a day. And also I cut many of my food habit. I am trying to eat low carbohydrate and low fat food. But still my blood sugar is high, but little down then earlier. So should I eat medicine for this or should I look for some more day with regular exercise. Health Question & Answer

and try to control taking soft drinks, eating junk foods and drink pleanty of water everyday to lower it..be aware of the fat foods the highest cholesterol the higher your sugar rate is..

You can't eat medicine. But you and your doctor should discuss lifestyle changes and medications together. It will take a while for lifestyle changes to take effect. Up to 3 mo to be exact. If this isn't working for you than you and your doctor can discuss if medication would be helpful or not.Health Question & Answer

eating a good diet is always best with regular exercise but if the sugars were real high medication helps bring the sugars down and at times medication is no longer needed but if sugars remain high a low dose of medication is prescribed or insulin Health Question & Answer
