Answers:
the sugar can do it as well as the caffeine/stimulant in chocolate ...

drink a lot of water, maybe add some gatorade or caffeine free soda so you don't upset your stomach ... put on some good music and dance to it with your door closed while you drink water and wait for the stimulants to pass through your system ... take a hot shower, do jumping jacks, eat a small amount of healthy food with protein and maybe some starch (i usually need it with that much caffeine to calm my stomach) it will help slow the absorption of sugar and caffeine into your system so it is not so overwhelming ...

feel better!

a diabetic needs insulin to actually run off the sugar, without insulin, it won't go into your blood cells and cause excess energy, diabetics need an outside source or pancreatic stimulant for this ... you don't ...

you just need fluids and exercise and time, and remember this next time you don't want to utilize moderation ...

Don't eat sugar for 2-3 days, if you eat more, then you'll get allergy which is really annoying! You sneeze all the time, have to use a whole box of tissue each week, spend 5 mins. in the morning blowing your noses, blah! It's not fun.
