When it was me, I watched way too much TV. But it also gave me a chance to work on my novel, and I indulged in a video game. Yeah, I know, a lot of the usual activities are out when you itch all over. If you're hands are more or less okay, I'd make jewelry or do some kind of craft. The hot bath that was mentioned above would be a good soothing option. I'd do a milk bath, myself.
