Question: Will this require surgery.?
I have a ganglion cyst, about 1cm long, wide, etc, and it hurts to put pressure on it, and also it is getting bigger with time. It used to be 5mm, but in about 2 weeks its 1cm now. Will this require surgery.? It is basketball season, and assuming i make the team, will getting surgery to remove it require a cast, wrap or anything.? it depends on where its at is it on an ovary or just under the skin ovary yes under the skin they just have to make a two inch cut at most be healed up in less then a week just maybe a lil sore and have to wear a wrap over it for a day or two Health Question & Answer
