Question: I need some help finding a fatal disease.?
I'm writing a story and one of my characters needs to have suffered through a disease before his death. i know that sounds confusing but anyway nothing too gross and this disease could be in any time period, even like in the 1600's or something.Health Question & Answer

tuberculosis, pneumonia,tetanus, rabies, small pox, etc. Just pick your germ and run with it. If you were more specific with the century and what country we could help you more.

I know this one guy, he was diagnosed with AIDS. That's pretty much fatal. I can probably get him to sleep with you, but I just cant figure out why on earth your TRYING to find a fatal disease. Normal people usually try to avoid them. But to each there own.Health Question & Answer
Look at either other books with REAL diseases, so it doesn't seem like you're ripping them off, or Google it, OR just make one up if it's for a story! like... "Stickittodamaun-niosiss"

Huntington's Disease is fatal and has no cure. It causes a lot of neurological problems before the person dies. It would work well in the story... a very tragic disease.Health Question & Answer
