How to get rid of anxiety induced nausea?!

Question: How to get rid of anxiety induced nausea.?
I get nausea after I eat a lot and I'm thinking it's anxiety. I threw up last night and tonight and when I take deep breaths I get nausea again.

How can I soothe my stomach and stop this.? I don't FEEL anxious but I can be an anxious person.

Any suggestions would be a god send...

Answers:
to help the nausea, try chewing peppermint gum as a temperary fix (ALWAYS works for me)

i have pretty much the same thing. these things usually help, with a nice cup of hot chocolate. Health Question & Answer
