I just woke up and had my shower and I looked in the mirror and I have spots everywhere! They almost look like freckles but theyre not the right colour; and theyre on my thighs, stomach, chest, hips, and a bit on my arms. I can't really tell if I have too many on my face because I DO have freckles.. but it looks like a little bit. What the hell is going on here haha. I want to be a cat for halloween, not a disease ! If you had Chicken Pox as a child you may have shingles. Often stress (physical or emotional) can trigger shingles in adults who have already gone throught CP as a child. If you never had CP as a child, you may have CP. But there are also about three dozen other things that it could be and 12 are contagious. So you need to go to the doctor.Health Question & Answer
