Breathing problem.............help?!


Question: Breathing problem.............help.?
Ok here's it:
From when I was a kid after a little running i felt my torso ache
Now I can sprint amazingly fast but after as little my torso begins to ache thus preventing me from long runs to very short ones as little as 2 min
I am not tired after the sprite just breathe very heavily and my torso aches. BTW I'm fit more slim than fat and i have very strong leg muscles. What's your opion.? please help Health Question & Answer

Sounds to me like a stamina problem. It's all very well being about to run fast for two minutes but your body won't like it! Try running slower for four minutes or even slower for six minutes. Build up your stamina so your body can more easily take a rapid burst of exertion like running fast.
I don't know what the fixation with asthma is on this site, but yours definitely does not sound like asthma, just trying to do something too fast for your body to cope with. Try stamina exercises and run slower for longer. Even 100 metre athletes are out of breath when they finish their race and they are highly trained.Health Question & Answer

you may have asthma but if you have already checked for that try talking to a doctor or sometime when i run i will feel a pain in my side and you run through it or rest!! hope i helpedHealth Question & Answer
