Breast cancer is extremely unlikely at age 13.
Your chances of being struck by lightning are higher.
BUT, tell your parents anyway.
It never hurts to be aware of problems and have them checked out by a medical professional.

The youngest case I saw in 20 years as a cancer specialist was over 25.
But - - it is not impossible to have breast cancer at a young age. Cancer follows no rules. It is possible to be struck by lightning too, but most of us don't worry about this too much.
Whoa - I agree with Cathy below that primary breast cancers are usually not tender or painful to touch, but a mammogram at age 13 is a bit much. The first step is to have a physician examine the area. Your regular doctor can assess this. Tell your parents about your concern.Health Question & Answer

You need to see doctor. don't be afraid.
