Answers:
She is LESS dangerous than an unvaccinated person, because she can't catch the measles, or mumps, or rubella, and spread them to you.

Especially dangerous are children whose parents refuse to vaccinate their children ... the last few epidemics of measles in the USA were started by children who were infected overseas as tourists and brought it back to share with infants, their unvaccinated classmates and total strangers. Health Question & Answer

Better than absolutely. She isn't going to catch measles mumps or rubella from her vaccine. Nor will you. and if there is someone in town with any of those diseases, now your friend won't get it, so she won't pass it on to you.
But watch out for those people on your floor that haven't been vaccinated.Health Question & Answer
