is there a chance i coulld get infected ...thanksHealth Question & Answer

Answers:
Okay, first off, as the others have said, if the blood was dried and you don't have cuts or anything on your feet, then you're okay.

For the HIV question.

Blood borne viruses are fragile. They die really easily exposed to air. So if the blood is dried, then nothing is living in it that you could get by touching it with unbroken skin. This applies to both HIV and the Hepatitis viruses.

I think you're fine. Hope that helped.Health Question & Answer

Once outside the body, exposed to air, HIV dies within a few minutes. If the blood was dried, there is no way you could have been infected by it. (also, to have any risk of infection, you would have had to have an open cut or other open wound on your foot for infected blood to get into your bloodstream.)Health Question & Answer

HIV generally dies when blood dries, so i really wouldn't worry. The blood would have to be wet, you would have to have a cut on your foot where the tissue touched it and the blood would have to have HIV to begin with, so id say you have nothing to worry about. Health Question & Answer

if the blood is dry you would be ok.
also the tissue did not stick to any cuts or open wounds, so that's great.
Health Question & Answer

if you showered it should be gone
and if you had no cuts on your foot then it won't really matterHealth Question & Answer
