I have what seems to be a chest infection
and it seems to be gettin better but today i started coughing up what looked like blood clots about the size of your baby finger nail
My doctors is closed for the evening and i don't know who else to ask

If you are also coughing up green or yellow phlegm then you have a chest infection that should be treated asap.
If you're coughing up noticeable amounts of blood, you REALLY need to seek medical attention now.
Go straight to your nearest A&E or ER dept, don't wait for your doctors to open, the sooner you get treated the less chance of more serious repercussions later.
