i have small bumps on my ball sac but they look like where my pubic hair is growing out of. and i also have small clusters of bumps on the base of my penis, but i have never had and break-outs or scabbing. i have occasionaly itchyness, but that seems to be normal with a growing boy, im 14Health Question & Answer
Answers:
You can get genital herpes from having sex with some one that has genital herpes. If you have not yet had regular sex (sexual intercourse) then the likely hood of this being herpes would be very low. The first out break is usually painful and it hurts to touch them.
If you have symptoms like:
Itching and or burning and or tingling sensations around where the out break is, or under the skin of the genitals.
Trouble and or burning pain when you pee.
Swollen genitals (either your testicles or penis would look larger then normal)
Flu like symptoms with sore or achy muscles and fever.
This does not sound like herpes to me. You can leave them to heal on their own, it's up to you. If you want to know for sure if you have herpes or not then you should find a doctor or clinic that will test you for herpes. If you have herpes suppressive therapy helps with the pain, helps heal out breaks, helps prevent out breaks, and makes you less likely to pass herpes onto your partners.

From all I'm reading - there is no way you could've caught herpes unless you did some REALLY HEAVY touching!! And I don't mean masturbating...I mean someone else touching you!

Go to the doctor, and get checked. That is what herpes generally looks like. You could even google images of it, if you notice a similarity with the pics and your bumps, then you can go from there. Health Question & Answer
