You can drink Cranberry juice and that will help alleviate some of the symptoms, but it won't treat the infection. Why won't you tell your mom.? All it takes is a simple antibiotic and you'll be cured. There's nothing to be ashamed of. I get them all the time. And if you don't get it treated, you can potentially damage your kidneys.
