Flu shots for kids, ages 7, 3, and 10 months?!

Question: Flu shots for kids, ages 7, 3, and 10 months.?
I am wondering if you are getting your kids flu shots.? Why or why not.?

also, I am wondering if you can please tell me what is in them.? Actually in them, not what you THINK is in them. Could you tell me where you got your information, links would be nice.

I mentioned to someone that I was considering it, and they said, "Do you know what is in those.?.?.?"

So, I would like to educate myself before I decide. I will be speaking to my doctor this week about it, but I would like more than one opinion.

Thank you.
