Answers:
Aid's is not the most deadly STD. It is the one getting all the press, but it is not the most deadly or dangerous.

There are so many new methods of treating the HIV virus now that AIDS is a lot less deadly that it used to be.

The most dangerous STD out there right now is Viral Hepatitis. There are strains of it running from A thru G, and beyond. Hepatitis is 100 times more contagious than HIV, It's also more destructive, just as deadly, and is spreading like wild fire.

go to google, yahoo search, and Ask.com and do a search on the phrase "Hepatitis and STD" you will be shocked.Health Question & Answer

Some forms of Hepatitis are pretty bad and could be considered the most deadly by some. I have heard even Hepatitus C can be deadly in the long run.

HIV/AIDS was considered a death sentence before the advent of meds. The early meds were harder on the body. Nowadays people can live a normal life with present day treaments they are coming out with less significant side effects. That is not to say people don't die from AIDS as there is still much misunderstanding about it. The people you hear about that generally die from AIDS present day are those without sufficient health care, third world countries, not adhering to meds, asymptomatic and some others dealing with fitness and such.

Don't misunderstand though AIDS can be deadly in the long run if you don't take care of yourself.Health Question & Answer

Some the the STD's can be cured. Some are forever. AIDS is a death sentance. Hepatitis C can be a death sentance. If you are a carrier of Hep B, you run the risk of dying from it. The others, if not treated, can lead to blindness, infertility, and death.

They all can be prevented if people used condoms, stayed away from used needles, stayed in a monogamous relationship, or practiced abstinence. There is a lot of info on the web, just hit google.Health Question & Answer
