Answers:
no pills.

1 get 20 minutes minimum of vigorous exercise each day

2 make these dietary changes..
get rid of caffeine
which is in chocolate, soda, tea, coffee

no sugary food, drinks,
no cake cookies candy

have a small breakfast, nice lunch and a sensible dinner, each at a similar time each day
no food after 8pm

you can have chamomile tea and fake sugar before bed, possibly warm milk if you like that

if you do all this religiously and it doesnt work then see a doctorHealth Question & Answer

Insomnia is often caused by fear, stress, anxiety, medications, herbs, caffeine, depression or sometimes for no apparent reason. Make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark. Take plenty of yogurt throughout the day. Soak a tablespoon of mint leaves in a cup of water for an hour, drink every night. Check out http://useinfo-insomnia.blogspot.com/ for more info
