Your "shivering" eyes is a very nondescript symptom. If I was to guess, you are probably talking about your lids having spasms or "twitching". This is a very mild condition called Myokymia. There are usually 3 reasons that this can occur. 1. If you are tired and fatigued and have had a lack of sleep. 2. If you are used to having a daily dose of caffeine or alcohol and could not get it today. or 3. If you are under a lot of stress. This condition is usually self limiting and benign without long term risks or consequences. Treatment would be to address the 3 previous points. 1. Catch up on your sleep 2. Either catch up on your caffeine hit or discontinue indefinitely (I wouldn't recommend catching up on the alcohol consumption) 3. Reduce stress in your life.
