Can someone help out a 17 year old girl who has MS?!?!

Question: Can someone help out a 17 year old girl who has MS.?!.?
i got diagnosed with it around the end of june this year. and my MS doctor told me that i gotta stay healthy, exercise, said i could go back on my diet, all that stuff. well i went back on my diet a couple weeks after that, but then i had to get a spinal tap to determine that i really had MS, and it didn't close so i couldn't exercise for about a week or so. then i started back up again, and then when school started i started slacking off really bad doing it. and tonight i decided i was gonna go back on it cause i got myself motivated to do it again. then about a couple weeks ago, i started to have really bad balance problems, like, i'd be walking and i'd randomly almost just fall onto my knees without any warning, or one of my knees felt like it was just gonna give out and i'd kinda drop a little bit. well, about 20 minutes ago, i was gonna do turbo jam [the exercise/cardio] that i was doing. and after about 10 minutes of doing it, i couldn't do it anymore. i couldn't even stand on one leg without almost falling over, and whenever i'd stand up straight my knees just felt like butter and i had to stop. and i dunno what i'm suppose to do! i lost 30 before i got diagnosed with it, and i planned on loosing 60 all together. i've still got half way to go and i don't know how i'm gonna do it when i don't even have any ******* balance in my legs! what am i suppose to do.? =/Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Seeing as people with MS suffer with fatigue especially so when they get hot, I would not recommend TURBO jam ! Try Yoga instead.

I have a demyelinating condition myself and get the knee dropping thing too. It is caused by demyelination in the balance areas of your brain. Great fun isn't it .?

Too much sun is not good for you as well.

Do you know about the benefits of an anti-inflammation diet as well .? If interested then be a fan so you can read my other posts and find out about it.Health Question & Answer
