He should eat mostly green vegetables and fish fro lunch and dinner. For breakfast, he should eat oatmeal and blueberries. Oatmeal lowers cholesterol. When he gets tired of oatmeal, he can eat egg whites, but not the yolk, it has too much cholesterol.Health Question & Answer
