How can I avoid getting Alzheimer's disease in the future?!

Question: How can I avoid getting Alzheimer's disease in the future.?
I know that Alzheimer's is partly genetic and I know women are slightly more likely to get it. My great-great-grandma had it, my great-grandma had it, and now my grandma is dying from it.

I'm really worried that I'll be a part of this "dynasty" but I love life and want to live as long as possible. I love my fiance and don't want him to have to spend the last years of his life taking care of his wife, when she can't even remember his name.

I also know that there is no cure, but I was wondering if there are any proven ways to avoid it.? Anything that makes you a lower risk.?

Thanks so much!!Health Question & Answer

Answers:
See though genetic factor is involved in Alzheimer's disease, you need not panic much about it. The life span has increased very much these days and many are living beyond the age of 80 years but what happens is after 85 or so the functional brain cells count reduces very much that Alzheimer's disease results. The best way to prevent this disease is doing pranayanam ( breathing exercises ) everyday and eating one goose berry a day and taking t tablespoon of honey everyday. Besides keep yourself free from worries and tension and lead a steady , confident and peaceful life . All the nest.Health Question & Answer
