My stomach is always hurting?!

Question: My stomach is always hurting.?
Okay so I've thought about somethings that hurt my stomach:

1. I have suffered from constipation my whole life since I was like two years old I'm 14 now. Lol so It can't be that! because my stomach will only hurt when I know my tablets are working lol! TO MUCH DETAIL SORRY!

2. When I stand I think it's because I'm a little bit over weight so I'm losing weight now! Well trying.

3. When I lay on my back it always feels as if the ending of my ribs left or ride side is popping out! It hurts like anything but it doesn't hurt when I'm standing. Or sitting I wont bother going to the doctors because it could just be growing pains right.?.?

4. My right side of the lower part of my stomach near my hip is always hurting thats the best I could put that!

Last one: When I'm laying on my stomach the same things with my ribs happens and well it kinda hurts like someone is pushing on my stomach real hard.

So there you have it any suggestions would be great lol what is going on with my stomach.?.? Health Question & Answer

Is your pain right below the rib cage.? Check your self, how are you when you sit at the computer.? It could be caused by bad posture when you are sitting. Try reminding your self to sit straight. I get this problem too, when I sit at the computer and my chair is to high. Good Luck! :)Health Question & Answer
