Question: How to get rid of itchy armpits.?
I constantly cleanse with peroxide and even alcohol, but it dosent work i changed deodorants to see if it would work but it dosent what should i do.?Health Question & Answer

Are you shaving.? If so, thats whats causing the itch. Maybe your skin is sensitive and you can't shave every day. Don't shave for a few days and try exfoliating, maybe some witch hazel could help too. Alcohol probably makes it worse - it kinds shocks the skin. You also need to put something on to help the skin heal. Cortizone helps w/ itch and to help the skin heal, try putting some on before you put on your deodorant. If you have a razor burn, then use bacitracin instead. Try not to be rough w/ your skin, you could be aggravating it by doing a lot of things to it. After it heals, it might be a good idea to use moisturizing shaving gel, baby oil or something similar while shaving and apply some sort of after shaving cream under your arms to calm the skin to prevent this from happening again. I've had a similar problem and know my situation is due to shaving and having sensitive skin. Good luck.Health Question & Answer
