Pac Person,
These symptoms can be tricky. They MIGHT indicate:
*pregnancy
*impurities in herbal vitamins or medicines of any kind
*impurities from food or drinks in cans
*organ trouble
*impurities in cooking utensils or water
*impurities from food

I would go see a doctor and rule out the big things like pregnancy. If you are a male, omit that step!
If it were me, I would get rest, drink purified water for awhile and watch what is eaten. Cleanse your system with cranberry juice, apple sauce, and whole wheat toast. Bananas are fine. Whole and healthy kinds of things for awhile. Try to reflect on what you are eating or drinking. For awhile just eat very healthy things--no fast food. An apple, a banana, a salad, an orange, whole wheat bread--no white bread. (I don't ever eat white bread.)
I hope this helps....it could be something very simple that needs to be cleansed from your system. It could be something more serious. So, make that doctor appt. if you want to rule out the big stuff. Take NO MORE medicines than you absolutely have to. Don't run out and buy a bunch of over the counter stuff.....Rest up. Take care of yourself. Call in sick tomorrow. Just take it easy!Health Question & Answer

You might have anaemia. It's caused by a lack of red blood cells or a decreased amount of haemoglobin in your red blood cells, which means your blood can't carry enough oxygen. All of the symptons you've listed can be due to anaemia so I think you should get a blood test.Health Question & Answer

You might be pregnant. Metallic tastes, nausea and tiredness are common symptoms not sure about the headache though.Health Question & Answer
