Answers:
Have you had a cold in the past few weeks or so.?, as this sounds like walking pneumonia or an infection of the lungs. The muscle ache that you describe, the coughing the breathlessness all seem to point to this. Please go and see your doctor if this doesn't get any better, as it will then put your mind at rest and at the same time you can be treated. A course of antibiotics is perhaps all you need. Hope you feel better very soonHealth Question & Answer

you might have low blood pressure, so if u don,t want to go to the doctor go to the pharmacy. they will take it for you and if its not high tell them your symptoms they might help. have u also looked up diabetes i am not trying to get u worried but people with diabetes are often tired.Health Question & Answer

Have you got fever.? The symptoms are suggestive of a chest infection.
May be even pneumonia or pleuritis.
I think you have to be seen by a doctor as soon as possible to assess your chest for possible infection. Health Question & Answer

You definitely need to go to the doctor. It sounds like you may have the flu or mono. When in doubt go to the doctor!!!!Health Question & Answer
