Im only 13, and lately i been drinking over 10 bottles of water and i still always thirsty, and eating a bit too. I read that always being thirsty is a sign that i may be diabetic. It runs in my family too. Should i go get checked up.? Health Question & Answer

Diabetes runs in a family because the family passes on their eating habbits. Eliminate hard fats from your diet and you will get better. Hard fatty foods being cheese, butter, margerine, donuts, french fries, etc...Health Question & Answer
