there's this girl and she has very thinned out hair..i can see her scalp at the top of her head..i don't know if it's malnutrition..it's not just slightly weak hair, it's very noticeable..she looks healthy other than that..she's a good size..like a skinny type of athletic..and she's asian..isn't most asian hair strong.? i heard that that's where they get hair for wigs, unless it was in india..

Canibal is pretty right about her answer. I know it is very hard to look at a sick child and not worry about them. In my job, I have seen many children come to the hotel that I work at and stay here because it is their wish for the program Make A Wish Foundation.
Usually they are here for a part of it, the hotel has the cheapest rate and the family comes and their wishes are fulfilled. One boy wanted to ride on a firetruck. So, the firemen came to the hotel in the front drive and he got on and they went for a ride.
You should have seen his face, so very happy! Then later on he went to the Mariners baseball game and threw out the first pitch. He ran around the bases and Ichiro gave him a big hug! He got a picture with the Mariners and a uniform with his name on it. When they announced his name and he was on the big TV board you should have seen his smile and heard the crowd applause him.
When children are ill, my heart breaks for them. Usually, I just say a silent prayer for them and leave it at that.

Honestly, it isn't any of your business, so I wouldn't worry about it. Typically, people who have cancer undergo chemo, and so they lose hair (which they can cover with wigs), including their eyebrows. But some people have light eyebrows or no eyebrows naturally, some shave theirs, and some without eyebrows "paint" them on, so even then you can't tell. The only way you'll know is if they tell you, which is why just eavesdropping means it's none of your business.

i cant really tell rather one person has such symptoms,unless its coming them that the doctor diagnosed them!but to just watch,and to just find out they don't have much hair is never such one example as a person that bares the kind of serious illness!neither they are asians or indians,or anywhere is so the same for the fact that cancer has only one mysterious symptoms that some times you may not be able to find out until it gets really bad.Health Question & Answer
it really depends nowadays because people do radical things with their hair but some people have thinned or no hair at all due to the treatment of the cancer which then makes their hair fall off slowly.

there's all sorts of things that can cause hair loss - not just cancer. it can be a disease called alopecia, thyroid problems, stress, anorexia/bulimia - and many more. you definitely can't tell if she has cancer just by looking at her.Health Question & Answer
i dont really know. my dad has skin cancer and you can tell by the bumps and stuff that appear on his arms and face but as for other types of cancer i really have no clue.Health Question & Answer
