Having asthma, affects you immune system. Thats why we get colds so easily. You will start to feel better soon. I do suggest the Flu Jab. I have been having these for years and the one year I didn't have it I was very ill and had back-to-back colds.Health Question & Answer

having a running nose with cough and sputum are few of the mechanism adopted by the immune system of our body to throw out and prevent further spreading of a foreign entity like a microbe in order to prevent any damage to our body.asthmatic patients have a hyper reactive immune system i.e even a small dust particle in there respiratory tract will cause a Intense immune reaction as compared other normal individuals.that's why it take you too long to get rid of cold.you should rather feel privileged that your body has got such a strong immune system that even the most minute organism can't enter your body.Health Question & Answer
