I am humiliated and get names at my back because of my body odor.I have a lot of discharge from my vagina which makes my under ware wet and also I sweat in my groin area.It smells like fish and rotten egg and it is very noticeable.I am a very hygienic person and I was disgusted by people with body odor before I get into this nightmare.I am very hygienic person and I take shower two times a day.I went to doctors and was treated but my problem is getting worse.I am in a huge stress.I can't concentrate on my job and the gossip behind me is killing me.I had everything but was taken from me because of my problem.Everyday the problem seems to be there and I smell it too and it is a strong odor.Please help me.I am losing myself and I am giving up hope.By the way most people think that I am a very pretty woman and I am very attractive.Health Question & Answer

You mean you saw the doctor and it didn't help. I guess you should change your doctor or perhaps seek a different kind of treatment.
Don't worry about body odour, i guess deodorants can help. There are a lot of types out open in the market, you can ask the sales assistants for advice perhaps. If you're embarrassed, ask along a gungho friend(:
I think showering would not help as BO is not an issue of hygiene but rather your hormones. MOST IMPORTANTLY, don't give yourself so much stress. Know that none of these is your fault, and just ignore what gossip mongers say. I know somebody who has a slight BO but she still won the liking of everybody because of her pleasant disposition.
Don't give up hope and hang on there. How old are you btw.? Perhaps this is just puberty stage.? BEAR WITH IT(: All the best!
P.S: As for the discharge, there's nothing you can do i guess. You can try pantyliner if it really bothers you. Besides the chances of people finding that out is really slim.Health Question & Answer

Did this problem recently occur or has it gone on for a long time. If it has just occurred, within the last month or so, it may be a yeast infection they can cause odors. and if you were treated for one and didn't finish the medication then its highly likely that it came back because all of the bacteria was not killed. If you don't think it is a yeast infection then maybe you should try going to a gyno as opposed to a regular family doctor.Health Question & Answer
