i got quite burnt (even though i used a lot of sunblock) and i really want to try and get rid of it as soon as possible. i exfoliated with a body scrub and moisturised. is that okay.? what are good ways of treating sunburn.?Health Question & Answer

anything with Lidocain (idk if i spelled it right, but thats exactly how it sounds) in it. it's in a lot of cooling gels. but don't cake it on, just a thin layer because you don't want to clog up the pores.Health Question & Answer
